Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It

The data is deleted as soon as the purpose of the contact has been fulfilled.

Newsletter:
It is possible to subscribe to our newsletter via our Site. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where we are entitled to process your personal data for a specific purpose based on your consent, we will erase said data immediately if you withdraw your consent. Processors:
We use data processors in the course of processing your data (e.g. for sending our newsletters). A processor is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body, which processes personal data on behalf of the controller. Processors only act according to our instructions and have been contractually obligated to comply with data protection regulations in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Recipients outside the EU:
Where processing in third countries takes place, in certain cases, this occurs only if the adequacy of the level of data protection in the third country has been confirmed by the European Commission in accordance with Article 45 GDPR, based on the EU standard contractual clauses, or if it has otherwise been ensured that the level of protection afforded to data at the recipient’s end is adequate.

Additional Information for Data Subjects Located in Brazil

Additional Information for Residents of the People’s Republic of China (PRC)
Separate Consent for Collecting Sensitive Personal Information

Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, may easily endanger human dignity or cause harm to persons or property safety. Personal information such as identification card numbers, credit information, driver’s license information, and records of whereabouts, is sensitive personal information. Our Site does not collect information considered sensitive personal information. If we collect this information in the future, we will obtain your separate consent before processing your sensitive personal information.

Your Rights
If you choose to agree to our processing of your personal information, we will ensure your rights over your personal information, as follows, in accordance with relevant PRC laws, regulations, standards, and common practices in other countries and regions.

Please note that the withdrawal applies prospectively only. Processing that occurred before the withdrawal of consent is unaffected.
